ALIAS- The Hood (It was suggested by the person who is later know as the bad guy in the show that the new name for the Vigilante should be Green Arrow. Oliver said it was lame )

PERSONALITY- Oliver used to be a no account Party boy until he was cast away on an island with mercenaries and assassins where he learned to fight. Now he is more closed off emotionally. He wears many masks with other people. With the media he is the returned billionaire playboy, with his family he’s the loving brother, and then there’s the Hooded vigilante.
FEARS- ever going back to that Island
HISTORY- Oliver grew up a billionaire that could do whatever he wanted. He was dating Laural Dinah Lance for years then one night she suggested that they get a place together and he panicked. He took Laural’s sister Sarah on a trip on his family’s yacht, where he cheated on Laural. The yacht was sabotaged. Sarah died in the accident. Oliver made it too the life boat with his father and the captain. After days on the life boat his father shot the captain and then himself to give Oliver enough rations to make it to the island. After getting there he was trained first by Yoa Fei then by Slade Willson, then bye Yoa Fei’s daughter. He was taught to survive and use a bow. While on the island he was torture and was forced to learn to fight. After 5 years he got off the island.
POWERS/SPECIAL TALENTS- Oliver is very strong and fast. He’s learned many martial arts techniques and how to shoot with a bow and arrow. He never misses.
